Modern house with terrace in a quiet setting near Lovios, Galicia, ideal for families and friends (up to 6 guests).

Enjoy summer evenings with your loved ones on the beautiful terrace, grilling a delicious barbecue and sharing a bottle of wine. At the back of the house, there is a garden. From June 1st to September 30th, guests can enjoy a private, elevated, and removable chlorine pool. (A photo will be provided soon)

Upon entering, you’ll find the open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen including an induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils, and dishwasher. The living area, equipped with air conditioning, invites you to relax on the comfortable sofa while watching a movie. The owners lovingly renovated this home, preserving charming elements from the original property, such as the old door frame and natural stone walls.

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an open wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A modern staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two more double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and two additional bathrooms with showers. Upon request, we provide a baby cot and high chair. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi suitable for remote work. Two bicycles and a welcome pack are available upon request.

The villa is located just a few kilometers from Lovios, where you’ll find restaurants and a grocery store. A Repsol gas station is 5 minutes away by car. It is part of the Baixa Limia-Serra do Xurés Natural Park, a paradise for hikers and nature lovers, with highlights such as the Corga da Fecha waterfalls or the hot springs of Bande, just a 15-minute drive away. Another must-see is the Portela do Home, an ancient Roman road still preserving historic milestones. From Lovios, you can easily visit nearby towns like Ourense, and enjoy the rich local Galician cuisine. Horseback riding tours are also available.

A deposit will be held via credit card. Guests will be asked to provide their card details through a secure payment link. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out.
