Next to the house is a sun-drenched garden with a private swimming pool. Adjacent to the house is a large country house, which has its own garden and also private pool. The gardens offer privacy and the only thing the houses share is the access road to them.
The house is very centrally located for various outdoor activities, including walking, horse riding, and mountain biking. In the nearest village, Alfarnate, you will find all kinds of facilities, such as banks, pharmacy, shops, bakery, etc. The village is picturesque and lively at the weekend.

The history of this region is readily available, with a Civil War bunker just a stone's throw away. In 20 minutes, you can reach Alhama de Granada, where you can feel like you're in Roman times and also enjoy a spa. Wolf watching, flamingos, and the El Torcal nature park are all close to Antequera.

Excursions to Málaga, Granada, and Córdoba are also very easily undertaken from here. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are less than 50 km away. An ideal little house for a family.
