About this SpaceCasa Chalet Venta Ruizo is a spacious, peaceful holiday home (200 m²) ideal for a relaxing family break. The property sleeps up to 10 guests with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is accurately represented in the listing photographs. Inside you’ll find a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and a cot available on request.

The outdoor area is a standout: a very large terrace with a barbecue and a small private round pool, plus a larger shared pool. Both pools are shown in the photos and are open from 1 June to 15 September. There is also a covered terrace and 3 balconies, offering plenty of outdoor space.

Location-wise you get tranquillity with convenience: easy access from the motorway and a short drive to essentials (Almenara shopping centre, the hospital, restaurants and McDonald’s). The castle of Lorca (Fortaleza del Sol), a listed Cultural Heritage site, is around 15 minutes away by car, and the beaches of Calnegre and Águilas are roughly 30 km (about 30 minutes by car).

We also provide an adjacent events room for parties (birthdays, communions, silver/golden anniversaries, etc.) for an additional fee.

Parking:up to 10 spaces on the property, 4 in a garage, plus free on-street parking.

Pets:a maximum of 2 pets are allowed — strictly only on the large terrace.

House rules:this is a holiday rental oriented to rest; no loud music that could disturb neighbours is permitted. Quiet hours are 23:00 – 08:00.
