The main entrance is through the outdoor patio with garden area.
The entrance hall gives access to the kitchen with full-length closets and with a workbench on the opposite side. Fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher, combined refrigerator and electric water heater for heating water.
Bathroom with shower cubicle. Large living room. The living room is divided into 2 areas: the living area with comfortable sofas, large Smart TV with surround sound system and channels from various countries (NOS system). Free WiFi. Ceiling fans with remote control that also serve as lighting for the entire space; dining area furnished with dining table and chairs for 6 people. Fireplace with wood burning stove, ideal for rentals outside the bathing season.
Sliding doors give access to the spacious terrace with a pleasant sea view, ideal for outdoor dining enjoying the gas grill and the view and peace around you. Gate with access to the back street.

From the living room, wooden flights of stairs lead us to the first floor of the house. Corridor gives access to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
1 master suite with king size bed with private bathroom, complete with bathtub. Balcony with beautiful panoramic sea view.

1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds overlooking the entrance street of the house. Full bathroom in the hallway.
All rooms have wardrobes.

All bed linen and towels provided.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed

Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged on the property.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, except the garage.

For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.
There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and the agreed price.
