Located in the private cluster of Boa Pesca, right in the heart of Praia da Luz, Casa Salute is a charming 3-bedroom accommodation, available for a maximum of 5 guests.

With one of the best views of Praia da Luz, Casa Salute is the ideal retreat for those who value centrality, without the need for a car, as all shops, restaurants, and beaches are just a few steps away.

Inside, Casa Salute is a spacious dwelling. The entrance hall provides access to a large dining room with a fireplace and a wonderful covered terrace for outdoor dining and a stunning view of the "Black Rock" and the sea. Modern fully equipped kitchen with an inner courtyard and a bathroom with a shower. Suite bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and AC. Bathroom with a shower cabin.

A wide staircase leads to the spacious living room, comfortably equipped with a gas fireplace, TV with MEO system and an additional IPTV system with a wide variety of channels from several countries.
Terrace facing South, with a manually operated awning, offering a fabulous view of the Black Rock, the sea, and the beach.

On this floor there are two more rooms, a small double room (suitable for 2 children1 adult) and a room with 2 beds and 1 complete bathroom with bathtub.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with a complete change of bed linens and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change midway through the stay.

All bed linen and towels are provided, except beach towels (which can be rented from CoolHouses).

Air conditioning in 2 rooms and internet.

Free access to Luz Bay Hotel swimming pools.
At the villa our guests will find a card to be used to access the Hotel Luz Bay Hotel swimming pools complex. The access is for strict use of Casa Salute guests, up to a max of 6. The lossdamage of this card will imply the payment of a penalty fee..
The Luz Bay Hotel is located at approximately 10 minute walk from the villa, to the east side of the village. There is an adult only pool, a family pool and a children's pool.
The working hours and rules of the pool access and use are of the hotel sole responsability and must be respected. Not doing so, may imply the restriction of access.

Free off street Parking in front of the house

It is not allowed to smoke inside the house
Pets are not allowed
It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles on the property
Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM

Baby travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas.

CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to assist the guest.
