This duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Renovated with care down to the smallest detail, it maximizes light and space, offering its guests the utmost comfort.

On the ground floor there is a diaphanous space formed by a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a dining area.

Going up some metal stairs, you access the upper floor, where you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower.

Open and luminous spaces that connect the two floors confer to the environment a great amplitude and a captivating aesthetic.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not permitted.

The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.

The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.

It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to be able to coordinate the key handover.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
