Located in a high-end building, this apartment meets any expectation one might have: a central location well-connected with all of Madrid; being in a safe area with beautiful surroundings and service zones; having good qualities for comfort and being fantastically equipped.
In the ChamberĂ area, it is a new building, on a wide street with large pavements and not too much traffic, well renovated and decorated. Equipped with a lift and internet.
The Apartment:
It has 2 double rooms and capacity for 6 people, as a large and comfortable double sofa bed has been placed in the living room alongside an individual armchair.
At the entrance to the apartment, we find a spacious open area where the living room and open kitchen have been arranged with a glass bar-type counter for eating with high stools. Modern furniture that recalls a New York apartment by the combination of materials and grey, black and white tones. Very elegant. A large Smart TV from which you can connect to the internet or rent 3D movies.
Next, the hallway from which the two rooms and two bathrooms depart. The first room has 2 single beds, one under the other. It is a very modern and safe structure that deploys a bed upwards when in use. Very practical for making the most of space. Then a bathroom with a shower. And at the end of the hallway, the main bedroom which has a double bed of 1.80 and a full bathroom with an incorporated shower. The room overlooks a bright interior courtyard that offers great tranquillity and comfort. A delight!!!
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park approximately 50 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

The building has been renovated in 2023.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
