The La Latina neighbourhood is one of the most endearing and lively areas of Madrid thanks to its narrow streets, typical of its origin as a medieval Islamic fortress, with numerous tapas bars and taverns. Two of the most touristy spots in this area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower. On Sundays, both El Rastro market and cafés and food stalls are filled with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
Although the apartment is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to the good insulation of the property and its location in the inner part of the building.

The Apartment:
The best choice between comfort and location. Comfortable, cosy and with perfect lighting, this apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter. It is located on the second floor of a residential building.
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The living area, which also integrates the dining room for an open and comfortable space, has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed if necessary, a Smart TV and a pleasant decoration that invites relaxation.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave among other appliances.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
