Located in the heart of the Chueca neighbourhood, opposite the San Antón market, one of the most attractive places in Madrid that attracts both tourists and locals to taste tapas or buy the best fresh products.

The location of this apartment is perfect: it is a short walk from the great museums of Madrid, Plaza de la Cibeles, Retiro Park, Puerta del Sol and is very well connected by public transport with other places of interest in the city.

The apartment:

This high-end apartment has a special charm, not only because of the 160 m2 of surface area that make it an accommodation with spacious and cosy spaces, but also because of its exquisite decoration and great atmosphere. It also has 4 balconies facing the street where you can enjoy the street ambiance.

It has capacity for 6 people distributed in 3 rooms.

Upon entering, you access a kitchen-dining room with great charm, characterized by a large dining table and chairs in the French style. To the left is the first bedroom, with 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the street. A sliding door connects this room to the living room, a large bright space with a sofa, chaise longue and pouffe for the rest of all guests. The second bedroom has a double bed, the main one has a matrimonial bed and has access to a large walk-in closet and a spectacular bathroom with shower and independent bathtub (the bathroom is also accessible from the living room).

From the kitchen, you access a bathroom equipped with a washing machine.

This non-smoking apartment has wonderful wooden floors and wireless internet service.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To take into account:

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. The delivery of apartment keys will be done directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

In case of arriving after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for the key handover.

Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
