The Apartment:

Designed with 3 clear premises: comfort, practicality and aesthetics. This is a 3-bedroom apartment where spaces have been maximised to ensure each room is always pleasant. The living room is spacious and features a dining table and large double sofa bed facing the latest technology television: smart tv and 3D. The kitchen, at the entrance next to the living room, is very practical and fully equipped. Behind the living room is the corridor that distributes the three bedrooms, all with capacity for 2 people. For the first two, both with windows overlooking a bright interior courtyard, a latest design of bunk/trundle bed has been chosen, which allows for 2 beds, one on top of the other or just one if left unopened. Very comfortable and safe. The main bedroom at the end of the corridor has the second bathroom incorporated, also with shower, modern and spacious. The bedroom with double bed has windows overlooking a fabulous and very quiet light well. The apartment has another bathroom with the same characteristics as the previous one. Independent high-speed internet included in the price.
