This apartment is located in Chueca, one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Madrid due to its fantastic location, restaurants, bars and fashion shops. From here, you can walk to iconic places such as Gran Vía or Puerta del Sol.
The apartment:
This fantastic two-bedroom apartment with capacity for six people offers its guests a most pleasant stay. Renovated in January 2020, it has a lovely decoration in light tones.
One bedroom has a double bed and a large-capacity wardrobe, and the other has a double bed.
The bathroom, modern and functional, has a shower.
The living room with integrated kitchen is spacious and bright. It is equipped with a dining table and a sofa bed. The kitchen has everything you might need.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. The delivery of apartment keys will be done directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
In case of arriving after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for the key handover.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
