This newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one toilet. The apartment is decorated with high quality designer furniture, making it a very cozy place.

Upon entering we find a large hall that gives access to the living room, which has two different areas of dining room and living room. It has two balconies that overlook the Chueca Square and give the living room a great luminosity.
From the hall we also access the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for the stay, in addition to having a dining table and chairs.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first has two 0.90x1.90 m single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a 1.60x1.90 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has a separate toilet.

The apartment is a cozy place, totally accessible to move around the city, both on foot and by public transport, thank to its good connections, with a subway stop right at the door of the building.
