This property is located a few metres from Santa Ana Square and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and Retiro Park are a few minutes' walk away.

This area offers a wide culinary offering, in addition to many leisure options and shops. Well connected to any area of the city.

The apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator and with disabled access.

It has capacity for 4 people and consists of a room, a full bathroom and a courtesy toilet. Spacious and welcoming, it has all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.

The main bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite marble bathroom with a whirlpool bath. This room overlooks an interior courtyard, which ensures the rest of its guests.

The kitchen is modern, it has all kinds of utensils and appliances and is connected to the dining room, thus providing great comfort and versatility.

The living room has a balcony to the outside and has a sofa bed and a chaise longue to rest. The dining area has a large table.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
