Close to most tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure area near "the Golden Mile", with Madrid's most exclusive shops. Ideal for enjoying the city, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.

The apartment:

This apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and has capacity for 6 people. It is designed and equipped to efficiently use the space and offer maximum comfort thanks to high-end furniture and equipment.

The dining room has a table for 6 diners. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay.

The night area consists of 2 rooms: one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds (two of which are folding and integrate a practical desk). All beds have 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.

The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, one en-suite. Both have a spacious shower with thermostatic control, 350 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.

There is fibre optic Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.

Public parking: 250m away (Dr. Esquerdo Street, 8).
