La Latina is a lively neighbourhood located on the site of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower, are two of the neighbourhood's landmarks. On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafés and street food stalls in the area are filled with visitors.
This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are completely innovative. It is the ideal place to have a snack on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, on the right-hand side, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; on the left-hand side is the first double bedroom with two single beds.
Next, you can enjoy a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a single leather sofa bed.
The night area has two additional double bedrooms, both with a double bed and decorated with a lovely design in light colours.
The bathroom is modern and has a shower.

There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning only in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 150 metres of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR.
