This apartment is rented for medium- or short-term stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulation as a "use other than housing", and tourist rentals are not allowed. The rental must be for work, personal or family reasons, and the tenant must reside outside Madrid and, of course, never make this property their permanent residence (but rather their temporary residence), nor register themselves at this address.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a bright area that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen in an elegant open-concept design. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and kitchenware, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a quick breakfast to a special dinner.

Down the hallway, you will find a full bathroom serving both bedrooms. Next to it, the first bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), while opposite it, the second bedroom offers a large double bed (1.80 x 2.20 m). Both bedrooms are bright and have windows opening to the peaceful rear patio, ensuring privacy and a relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment is equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
