This area of the city is very well connected by public transport, with various bus stops and metro lines 2 and 5 that connect directly to Sol and Gran Vía, making it very quick and easy to reach Madrid's city centre.

Ideal for families wishing for a comfortable and convenient stay in an incomparable location, this cosy apartment with capacity for up to 6 people is situated on the interior part of the fourth floor of a completely renovated period building with a lift.
It features a spacious and comfortable dining room with a Smart TV, double sofa bed and a modern dining table. This space also integrates a pleasant fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware.
It has three comfortable, bright bedrooms that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have single beds, whilst the main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the flat has another full bathroom with shower near the living room.
This accommodation has WIFI, heating and central air conditioning.

The guest must provide evidence of the reason for their stay (for example, temporary relocation for work, studies, medical treatments, care of a family member, etc.) and, furthermore, will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.

On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
