Excellent 70 m2 apartment, located in S. Julião, with one bedroom and capacity for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children).
It consists of a living room with a sofa that is a double sofa bed; a bedroom with a double bed; a bathroom with a shower and an American-style kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. It also has a washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and an excellent balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.
This accommodation is located 15 minutes by car from the centre of Ericeira; 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from S. Julião Beach and 4 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from restaurants and mini market.
