This bright, fully exterior apartment is located in the heart of Málaga, on charming Calderería Street in the city’s historic quarter. It is tastefully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The property features two exterior bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The living room is also exterior and includes a double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests. The bathroom is modern, spacious, and separate from the bedrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped.

The building has been completely restored and maintains its classic architectural charm. There is only one apartment per floor. Please note: the building does not have a lift. The Picasso I apartment is located on the first floor.

Calderería Street is right in the heart of Málaga’s old town, surrounded by the city’s rich cultural and artistic heritage. The Carmen Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, and other major museums are just steps away, as is the Cathedral. Everything is within walking distance, no public transport or car needed.
