It is a totally exterior apartment, furnished with every detail and perfect for a comfortable stay in Malaga.

It has two exterior bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the other with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 each. The living room is also exterior and has a double sofa bed, providing the apartment with capacity for up to 6 people. The bathroom is modern, comfortable and is independent of the bedrooms. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need.

The building where the apartment is located has been completely restored and only has one apartment per floor. It is a classic building and very protected so it does NOT have an elevator. Picasso I is on the first floor.

Calderería Street is located right in the center of Málaga, in the old part of the city, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the countless cultural activities that Malaga offers, given its great historical and artistic heritage.

The Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum and the other important museums are just a few steps from the apartment. Likewise, the Cathedral of Málaga is just a few minutes walk away, so you will never need public transport or a private vehicle to visit the monuments of the city.
