This spacious apartment is located in the heart of Malaga, next to Plaza Uncibay. The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with great detail. A very bright apartment with spacious rooms.

Upon entering the apartment, we find a hall room that leads to the rest of the property.

To the right of this hall is the kitchen, it is spacious and bright and fully equipped, it also has a table and chairs.

Following a corridor from the hall we have access to the first bedroom on the right, which has a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe.

Next to this bedroom we find the living-dining room, it is very spacious and has wonderful light thanks to the large windows. The living room has a very cozy dining area and a comfortable seating area with a TV and two sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed, which gives the apartment the capacity for up to 8 people.

The rest of the rooms are distributed from the living-dining room. Continuing along this corridor, we first find the first bathroom on the right, fully equipped with a spacious bathtub. Following the corridor we access the second bedroom that has a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a large dressing room.

In the middle of the corridor we find a complete bathroom with a shower tray and at the end of it there is the third bedroom that has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe.

The apartment has a magnificent location, located next to Plaza Uncibay and a few meters from the Picasso Museum in Malaga, an area with a multitude of cultural and gastronomic options.
