The building has been completely restored and maintains its classic architectural charm. There is only one apartment per floor. Please note: the building does not have a lift. The Picasso I apartment is located on the first floor.
Calderería Street is right in the heart of Málaga’s old town, surrounded by the city’s rich cultural and artistic heritage. The Carmen Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, and other major museums are just steps away, as is the Cathedral. Everything is within walking distance, no public transport or car needed.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
