Fabulous apartment in the historic center of Malaga, next to the Cathedral of the Incarnation. It is located in a large building of new construction inside and completely renovated with luxurious qualities.

Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious hall from which we can access the kitchen, very bright thanks to its skylight and fully equipped with everything you need for short and long stays. Also on the right-hand side from the hall, going down 3 steps, we have the living room, one of the most outstanding rooms of the apartment as it is attic and with views of the cathedral through each of its windows. The living room, with modern decoration, differentiates a living area with a sofa and Smart TV and a dining area, in addition to having a toilet.

Finally, also from the hall, we have a corridor that leads to the bedrooms, both of which are very quiet as they overlook the interior courtyard of the building. On the left is the first bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, large wardrobes and just in front, one of the bathrooms with shower and bidet. At the end of the corridor, we find the master bedroom with a 150x200 double bed with wardrobes and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.

Located in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Malaga, next to the Cathedral, the Revello de Toro Museum, the mythical church of San AgustĂ­n, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theater.

* Please be aware that the street where our apartment is located has limited access and is pedestrian-only. Only taxis are allowed to access. This means you will not be able to reach the apartment door with your own vehicle. We recommend planning your transportation accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.


During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
