Around the pool, you'll find a shower, four lounge chairs, and two umbrellas for your comfort. There is also a fixed barbecue and a wood oven, ideal for outdoor cooking.

The outdoor areas include a 100 m² paved space, a 35 m² lawn with a vegetable garden, and a slide for children. With complete privacy and two parking spaces, this villa provides the perfect escape for relaxation and enjoyment.


This charming villa offers a cozy living room with a fireplace and air conditioning, providing the perfect setting to unwind while watching satellite TV, listening to music, or reading a book.
