This spacious house is spread across 2 floors, featuring a large, open-concept living area with air conditioning that combines the kitchen, dining, and living spaces seamlessly. The living area is perfect for relaxation, offering comfortable sofas where you can unwind while watching satellite TV or your favorite DVD movies. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic cooktop, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your best meals. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. A convenient guest toilet is also located on the main floor.
The house offers a total of 7 bedrooms, each with two twin beds, a closet, air conditioning, and access to either the garden or a terrace. On the main floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom—one featuring a shower, and the others with a jetted tub and separate shower. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom and shower. For families traveling with a baby, there is space for a cot and high chair. The house is also equipped with oil central heating to ensure comfort during the winter months.
