This magnificent villa with private pool is waiting for 8 guests in the charming village of Mancor de la Vall, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.

This beautiful building is located in a typical authentic Mallorcan village where the locals know each other and greet each other kindly as they stroll through the streets at all hours of the day. Mornings start with one of those short but pleasant strolls before having a rich and energetic breakfast on the terrace and enjoying a nice swim in the salt pool. Measuring 6.5 m x 3 m and with a depth of 1 to 1.8 m, it is surrounded by a beautiful grassy area where you can place 4 sun loungers and sunbathe or play with your children. For your safety, the pool has a protective fence if you wish. At midday, you may want to enjoy a tasty barbecue.






The two-storey house has been tastefully designed and decorated in a modern style. The living room, open to a dining area, is the ideal place to take a break from watching satellite TV or a DVD movie. This space is air-conditioned. Next, you enter the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, plenty of space for cooking, the necessary utensils and the possibility of a high chair for a baby. It is open to a second dining area if you prefer to bring your dishes quickly to the table. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

As for the bedrooms, all with wardrobes, there is one on this floor with a double bed, space for a cot, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms. One with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath; another with a bunk bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace; and the last one with two single beds and bathroom with shower. The whole house has ducted air-conditioning and there are two additional radiators if required.

The heart of the village is just a short walk away, so you can do your basic shopping at the supermarket, try a tasty cake from the well-known bakery, or go out for dinner one evening. But best of all, the house is situated on the border between the end of the village and the mountains, which means that it is very quiet, and you can take a pleasant stroll along the paths that lead up to the mountains. Five minutes away by car you have the beautiful town of Inca, where the services are much better for shopping, tasting our traditional food in its mythical cellers or strolling every Thursday morning through its traditional market. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, 31.4 km away, with a long stretch of white sand and crystal clear waters.
