Description of the accommodation

A very spacious penthouse in a beach side complex with 4 bedroom & 3 bathroom with most AMAZING VIEWS only 4 km east of Marbella.

This wonderful 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom duplex penthouse apartment has absolutely stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea. The urbanization has its own access to a boardwalk and beach and has 2 large pool areas. The beach is quiet and only 200 meters from the apartment.

A wonderfully situated penthouse is set within the exclusive Palm Beach area of Los Monteros Playa.

Palm Beach is a gated community and the property has its own parking lot in the underground parking, with direct elevator access into the property.

The elevator will take you directly up to the penthouse. When entering the apartment you will find the living, dining and kitchen area to your right. The kitchen is more than fully equipped. The ground level of the penthouse has terraces towards south and west of the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the ground level and 2 bedrooms on the top level with one bathroom to share. From the living and the bedrooms there is access to a large terrace directly towards south. Guaranteed sun from morning to evening. One part of the terrace is covered and has a lounge area.

The living is very spacious and luxuriously decorated. A nice frame to complement your holidays.

The inside dining area is for 6/8 persons and outside dining table has space for 8 persons.

All bedrooms have double beds. The bedroom on the ground level has a double bed and direct access to the south facing terrace. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has also access to the south facing terrace.

The qualities used include crème marble flooring, under floor heating in the bathrooms,
a/c hot and cold throughout the entire apartment.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located in the upper level of the apartment. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and a double sink. Again here is direct access to a private terrace with seating for 2 persons and incredible views to the sea.

To the left of the kitchen there is a separate room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The urbanization borders the golf course of Rio Real Golf. The fancy beach club & restaurant Trocadero Arena is in walking distance. Many holiday makers visit this area due to its unique ambience.

All in all a fantastic apartment for any holiday summer or winter.

Within easy driving distance to the most modern hospital on the coast and no more than 45 minutes drive to Malaga airport.
