Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa La Concha is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.

A short walk east along the beachfront promenade leads to the charming Old Town, with its cobbled streets, traditional tapas bars, and boutique shops. To the west lie the legendary Marbella Club and Puente Romano resorts, home to world-class dining, including several Michelin-starred restaurants. There’s also a nearby bus stop, and taxis are readily available, making it easy to get around without a car. Casa La Concha accommodates up to eight guests and provides stylish, well-appointed interiors throughout. The house features three spacious bedrooms on the first floor, including a master with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe, alongside two elegant double bedrooms. A fourth bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper level, providing additional privacy and flexibility. The upper floor also features a second lounge with a balcony offering sea views, while the lower level opens to a private terrace with formal and informal dining areas and a barbecue—perfect for relaxing and entertaining outdoors.

Guests can enjoy fast, free WiFi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads.
