The property has a west facing private garden and is built on two levels. The ground level has a large kitchen and living room. The fireplace is the center piece of both rooms as it is accesible from both sides. Also there is a small bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor

The first floor holds the master suite that offers great sea views.

The area Costabella is known for its high quality beaches and you have all amenities at walking distance. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within a 500 meter radius from the property.

From this holiday rental property Marbella is only a five minute drive. Puerto Banus is about a ten to fifteen minute drive. Málaga airport is a 30 minute drive
