Additionally, for those travelling by car, it has a parking space in the building (maximum height 1.90 cm).

Located on the first floor with a lift, the accommodation offers 155 mΒ² distributed in a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals π³. The dining room is divided into two areas: one for family dining and another for relaxing with television and a double sofa bed, which provides additional places for rest, completing the capacity for 8 people. The brightness of the living room stands out thanks to its large window with sea views.
The apartment has three bedrooms: two with double beds and walk-in wardrobes, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray πΏ, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed offering two single beds. There is a second bathroom with a shower tray and a laundry area near the bedrooms. Additionally, the living room and some bedrooms have air conditioning and fans for your comfort.
The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool, although it is currently undergoing facade renovation, so it is advisable to check its availability before your stay. You will also enjoy WiFi connection, heat pump heating, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. For leisure, there are two televisions and the area is ideal for children, with direct access to the sea and the seafront promenade.
