From here, one can access the south-facing private terrace, which offers breathtaking views of the golf course and is adorned with a comfortable seating area—ideal for indulging in the unparalleled climate of the Costa del Sol. Additionally, it features a dining table with seating for several guests.

From the living room, one can access both bedrooms. To the right, the first bedroom is equipped with two 90cm x 2m beds, expansive wardrobes, and a bathroom situated in the hallway. The second bedroom offers a 160cm x 2m bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom.

It is worth mentioning that the complex has several communal swimming pools, however, only one of them is currently available due to water limitations due to the current drought. There is also a small children’s playground, perfect for the youngest members of the family.
