Spectacular apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private terrace in San Pedro de Alcántara, located in the exclusive urbanization of Guadalmina. We access the apartment directly into the spacious and bright living room with direct access to the kitchen. The living room has a seating area with a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV and a side table. From the living room we can access the private terrace, facing south, with fantastic views of the golf course and a pleasant sofa area where you can enjoy the fantastic climate of the Costa del Sol. The kitchen is spacious, modern and bright, and has a all the necessary utensils to make your stay more comfortable.

Next to the kitchen and living room we find a corridor that leads to the bedrooms.

The master bedroom is on the right and has a 1.80 x 2 m bed, large closets, windows overlooking the gardens and a full en-suite bathroom.

On the other side of the living room are the other two bedrooms that share a bathroom, both with built-in wardrobes and two joined single beds.
