Enjoy the Marbella sun on the 80m² terrace with beautiful views and stunning sunsets over Golf valley, complete with beautiful garden furniture, a BBQ. As well as this, there is a gym only 50m away. With easy access to Marbella town and a 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus, as well as 20 restaurants within a 10 minute walk, this apartment is located in an amazing place. The pool is lovely to spend time with friends, and cool down from the heat. This apartment is only available to families, or couples over the age of 28.
Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.

Additionally we provide a great amount of amenities for you so that you don't have to worry about buying it before arrival. These include: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom, sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels.
