The terrace is one of the most pleasant parts of the house, facing East and equipped with a dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy the wonderful weather that the Costa del Sol offers most of the year.

In addition, the building has a community pool and garden area where you can sunbathe. The pool is open from June 15th to September 15th from 12 pm to 8 pm

This apartment has 2 double bedrooms. The first room has a double bed of 150 cm x 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe. The second, which is the main room, is spacious and also has a built-in wardrobe and two single beds of 90 cm x 200 cm. This room has direct access to the terrace and a full en-suite bathroom with shower.
The apartment also has a second complete bathroom with a shower.
