Upon entering the duplex, you will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with an integrated full kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for its use. On the other hand, there is the northeast-facing terrace, offering relaxing views and a quiet space. On the ground floor, we find two bedrooms, each with two single beds of 90 cm x 2 m, large wardrobes, and large windows. Furthermore, both bedrooms have a full bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, a spacious master bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm x 2 m and access to a second private terrace, ideal for enjoying moments of tranquility and privacy, and an elegant en-suite full bathroom with a shower. The flat also has centralised air conditioning.

The Costa de Nagueles development not only offers security and exclusivity, it also offers access to two communal swimming pools, with lifeguard service in July and August. In the remaining months, bathing is under responsibility of the users.
