Absolutely stunning, spacious, and superbly well-appointed, this three-story, four-bedroom townhouse is located in the exclusive 5-star community of Marbellamar, just steps away from the golden sands of Casablanca Playa, one of the finest beaches along Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile, one of the most sought-after addresses in Europe.

Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbors, Casa Luna is not suitable for stag or hen parties or guests planning loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.

Casa Luna is situated on one of the best streets in Marbellamar. The beach is just 100 meters from the front door, and across the road is a park, ensuring both privacy and tranquility. Parking is typically available on the street, but guests also have access to private, barrier-protected roads within Marbellamar, where parking spaces are always guaranteed. To the east, a short walk along the Paseo MarĂ­timo (beach promenade) brings you to the port and old town of Marbella, with its traditional bars and restaurants. To the west is the renowned Marbella Club, followed by the famous Puente Romano Hotel and Spa, one of Marbella's most fashionable areas. Here, you can relax or mingle with the rich and famous, depending on your mood. Puerto BanĂşs, with its glamorous boutiques, superyachts, and vibrant nightlife, is just a little further along.

There is no need for a car when staying at Casa Luna, as there are dozens of excellent restaurants and bars within a five-minute walk of the front door. Casa Luna is also within 500 meters of three of the best restaurants on the coast. Four supermarkets are located within a seven-minute walk, and guests are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to local amenities.

Casa Luna has undergone a complete renovation by its new owners, transforming the property into an elegant and luxurious retreat. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with every conceivable modern facility, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The spacious lounge and separate dining area are both stylish and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling French doors leading to a private east-facing terrace, complete with an elegant seating area, a fountain, and an outdoor dining table and chairs. The terrace is sunny and can be covered if shade is desired. The ground floor also features a small bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double if needed, as well as an immaculate shower room (with a power shower) that also serves as a guest cloakroom. The property is accessed through a private garden, which includes a top-of-the-line Weber BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe and an exquisitely appointed shower room finished in Travertine marble. This bedroom is bathed in natural light. Additionally, there are two large, well-decorated bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be made up as doubles, and these share a generously sized family shower room. All bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating, and Casa Luna features a brand-new, split air-conditioning and heating system throughout.

The upper level boasts an expansive (70 m²) roof terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, gardens, and sea. This terrace includes a comfortable seating area, a wet bar, a kitchen area, and a cocktail table with high stools – perfect for enjoying evening sundowners. The terrace enjoys sun throughout the day, and sun loungers are provided for those looking to bask in it. For those seeking shade, electric retractable shades are available. The upper terrace also features a new, state-of-the-art Jacuzzi, ideal for unwinding with a drink while watching the stunning sunsets over the mountains. Please note, the use of the Jacuzzi is an additional €25 per day, payable at check-in.

For those seeking active pursuits, there is an array of activities to enjoy, from water sports, cable skiing, parasailing, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris, and boat charters, to horse riding and, of course, golf at any of the coast's top courses. Guests at Casa Luna also have access to the private community swimming pool (open during the warmer months) as well as the newly resurfaced tennis and paddle courts. Fast, free WiFi with speeds up to 100mb and unlimited downloads is provided, along with access to over a thousand TV channels in various languages, including English, Swedish, French, and Russian. Channels such as BT Sports, Sky Movies, and all Sky Sports channels are included, along with a vast selection of free movies and box sets.
