The pool is for your private moments of relaxation. The pool is fenced for the major security of the smallest ones. Lay down on one of the six loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. Ample terraces are just perfect for a barbecue. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower. The fenced plot is 3500m2 and there are no direct neighbors around so you'll enjoy privacy.




A living-dining area with A/C, TV with satellite channels, DVD, and a modern sofa has access to a terrace. The spacious and modern kitchen is open to the living area and features an induction hob, utensils, and dishwasher. There's a laundry room with a dryer, washer, iron, and ironing board. All three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two twins) are equipped with A/C, closet, and shower bath en-suite. Two have access to a terrace. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. Additionally, there's a toilet.




Maria de la Salut is a quiet place that forms part of the zone Pla de Mallorca. A car is absolutely necessary, first of all to go to the beach. Playa de Muro and Can Picafort Beach are 15 km from the house. On Wednesday you could visit the most traditional market in Sineu. If you visit us during spring, you can enjoy a lush green and flower-covered landscape which you can enjoy by bicycle or hiking. The town center offers restaurants, grocery shops, and everything else you may need for an independent stay.

The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
