Sa Vinya des Compte is a wonderful finca with private pool in the center of the [hidden] finca disposes of everything you need to enjoy the holidays. The property is divided in two floors with one double bedroom located in the ground floor and the last two bedrooms situated in the first floor. One of these two bedrooms has no privacy, because is connected with this living room.

Outside of the property you will find a great garde where there are fruit trees as khakis, cherries or lemons that you could enjoy. You also can find two furnished terrace with a private pool where you can enjoy with your loved ones.



Santa Margalida is the nearest village. It is a small town located east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, the excellent location of the house allows to explore with great ease the east coast of Mallorca. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The tourist areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia are also nearby.
