Welcome to Casa Perdomo, a charming rural retreat located in the quiet village of Masdache, surrounded by volcanic landscapes, vineyards and some of the most renowned wineries of Lanzarote. This is the ideal place to disconnect, recharge your batteries and enjoy the natural beauty of the island at a more leisurely pace.

Space for Relaxation
Distributed over two floors, Casa Perdomo has three spacious bedrooms - two with double beds and one with single beds - and two full bathrooms. The house offers two cosy living rooms, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for long stays or families looking for space and comfort. In addition, it has a small private gym, ideal for keeping active during your holidays.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Casa Perdomo's kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: oven, kettle, juicer, hand blender, cutlery, frying pans, saucepans, among others. Whether you're preparing a quick coffee, a light lunch, or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need at your disposal.

Outdoor Oasis
Outside, relax in the private garden with sun loungers, solarium, barbecue area and an outdoor shower, all surrounded by the serenity of Lanzarote's wine landscape. Masdache is known for its tranquillity and authenticity, making it a perfect base for exploring the island while enjoying complete relaxation.

Included Amenities
Casa Perdomo offers all the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay:
Bedding and towels: Fresh sheets, bath towels, and blankets.
Welcome courtesy package: Bottle of water, milk, tea/coffee sachets, sugar, savoury biscuits, and some additional snacks.
High-standard bathroom amenities: High-quality shower gel and lotion dispensers.
Initial supplies: 2 toilet roll and bin bags.

Note: Casa Perdomo is a self-service property, so once these items are used, they will not be replenished during your stay. For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cleaning products are not provided. However, basic cleaning tools (broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket) are available.

Air Conditioning
The accommodation has air conditioning, which operates using 1 € coins. Guests must insert coins if they wish to use it during their stay.

Check-in Process
Once you confirm your booking, we will ask you to complete an online check-in through our app, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay. Through the app, you will receive local recommendations, useful information about the house and the area, and a personal access code for the electronic lock (physical keys are not used).
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. For different times, you can contact us in advance to check availability and possible additional fees.

Guest Additional Policy
The nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Any additional guest over 3 years old is considered payable and must be included in the booking, with an additional nightly charge.

Car Hire
To make the most of your time on the island, we recommend renting a car. We work with a reliable local provider that offers comprehensive insurance, no deposit, free cancellation and a second driver included. We can arrange a personalised offer according to your travel itinerary.
