If you are looking for a dream vacation where comfort and convenience are part of everyday life, this is your accommodation.

Located a few steps from Meloneras Beach in a very quiet residential complex, it has quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace and balcony, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a community pool.

Our holiday home rental in Meloneras Gran Canaria is distributed as follows:
- On the main floor is the entrance, the living room-kitchen and the terrace with two sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils...Even with a device to filter the water so that it is drinkable. In addition, the living room has a Smart TV with international channels (Spain, United Kingdom, Germany...), all European sports such as the Spanish League, Premier League...
- On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a private balcony and a bathroom with a shower.
- On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and another living room.

We have free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Daily delivery of bread and croissants is offered for breakfast and weekly delivery of bottled water (extra paid services by outside workers).

In addition, the complex has a large community pool, as well as a children's pool.

Cot and high chair are available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request.

From the house you can walk to the Maspalomas Lighthouse through the wonderful Meloneras promenade, where you will find the best restaurants in the south of Gran Canaria. There is a supermarket a few minutes away.
In front of the complex there is free parking always available.
