Each one of our villas is decorated with your personal style, but keeping its essence. This holiday home is located in the natural environment of Salobre Golf, with its wonderful open views to the mountains and the golf course.

This fabulous villa has three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and share a bathroom with shower. Two of the rooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool through large windows, enjoying magnificent views. In VillaGranCanaria we recommend Par 4 Villa 21 for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or with reduced mobility as it is distributed on one floor only.

The interior of this luxurious air-conditioned villa is completed with a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living room framed by natural stone with direct access to a fantastic terrace.

The heated swimming pool of 8 meters long by 4 meters wide is located on the outside of the property (with a supplement) together with the garden area and a semi-covered terrace with outdoor furniture make Par 4 Villa 21 the ideal accommodation to enjoy the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.

The Salobre Golf Resort, is a secluded area for peace and quiet, but at the same time is only a 10 minute drive from Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 40 minutes from the capital, in Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short drive!

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 450€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
