Extraordinary and holiday home - duplex in Meloneras, situated in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.
The accommodation has two floors, a large garden and a porch and is in one of the best areas to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The first floor has a large living room with dining table, an open plan kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery, cutlery, utensils, cooker, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. On the same floor there is also a toilet and laundry room with washing machine.
On the first floor there is a nice bathroom, and two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The master bedroom has a nice balcony overlooking the sea.
The large private garden has hammocks for sunbathing and a shower for cooling off, as well as a porch with a table ideal for fantastic breakfasts or dinners.

The communal swimming pool and jacuzzi are just a stone's throw from the house, which has a very peaceful atmosphere.
It is an ideal place to enjoy a great holiday and to disconnect.

The house is situated in a privileged area just a few minutes walk from Meloneras Beach. You can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Meloneras promenade to the Faro de Maspalomas, where you can enjoy the wonderful Maspalomas Beach with its impressive natural dunes.
Along the promenade, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, focused on high level tourism as the area has the best 5 star hotels in the south of the island.
