1st floor:

1 bedroom suite with 1 double bed and built-in wardrobes, exterior windows with wonderful views of PLAYA CRISTAL, a television, and a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

All windows are sliding; the entire villa is air-conditioned via ducts.

- This house is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps at the entrance.

- Key collection is at the Apartbeach Costa Dorada offices, located at Carrer del Nord 4, Salou.

- Pets are NOT allowed, smoking is NOT allowed inside (only on the terrace).

House Rules:

1. We are available for any questions to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

2. The villa is rented with sheets and towels (no beach towels).

3. Check-in is Monday to Sunday, from 4:30 PM (if there are any guests leaving that day, they can enter from 9:00 AM).

Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

4. Upon departure, please leave the villa in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left in its place, dishes washed, and trash removed.

5. Please respect the rules and the neighbors.

6. All guests must present identification and sign the contract.

7. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night, per adult (only the first 7 nights are payable).

Online registration is required at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the occupant information required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
