VILLA TANIA is located in the heart of Miami Platja, a 2-minute drive from Playa Cristal, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Dorada, awarded the Blue Flag. It's perfect for families and friends with crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand, a promenade with restaurants, beach bars, playgrounds, and plenty of water activities.

If you'd like to explore the surrounding area, you'll be happy to know that in less than 20 minutes by car you'll be in the center of Tarragona, Reus, or Port Aventura.

All windows are electric. The entire villa is air-conditioned in the living room and pool.

Key collection is at the Apartbeach Costa Dorada offices, located at Carrer del Nord 4, Salou.

- Pets are NOT allowed, smoking is NOT allowed inside (only on the terrace).

House Rules:

1. We are available for any questions to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

2. The villa is rented with sheets and towels (no beach towels). (Towels are optional, €4 per person)

3. Check-in is Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 9:00 [hidden] to 8:00 [hidden]

Check-in time: from 4:30 [hidden] (if there are any guests leaving that day, they can enter from 9:00 [hidden]

Check-out time: no later than 11:00 [hidden]

4. Upon departure, please leave the villa in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left in its place, dishes washed, and trash removed.

5. Respect the rules and respect the neighbors.

6. It is necessary to present identification documents for all guests and sign the contract.

7. Tourist tax: €1 per person, per night, per adult (only the first 7 nights are payable).

It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the occupant information required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
