Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this villa features a fully equipped kitchen, included wifi and air conditioning for a comfortable and convenient stay.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that due to improvements being carried out, elements such as decoration or furniture may differ or not be present in the current photos. UHC will not be responsible for the difference or lack of such elements and claims in this regard will not be accepted. Photos will be updated as soon as possible (current text 12/02/2024).
- This villa is only rented to families. Groups are not accepted.
- Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €1000. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
