This ideally located apartment was completely renovated in 2022. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped, it has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an American kitchen and a living room opening onto the terrace where you can enjoy a small view from above of the sea and the hill.
You will have access to the swimming pool located below, including one for children. You can take advantage of the green areas to polish your tan. The urbanization offers pretty gardens and small areas to rest as well as a restaurant run by a nice couple that it is advisable to try. You will also have access to private and secure parking.
The beach is only 2 km away, shops and restaurants about 1.5 km.
