Located just 50 metres from the sandy beach "Playas de Calahonda", within a well-maintained community with extensive gardens, swimming pools, children's areas and direct access to the coastal path, it offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy long walks by the sea. Additionally, the area has an excellent gastronomic offering along the coast.

The apartment is on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator and has a 25 m² terrace with views of the garden and the sea, perfect for having breakfast or lunch while enjoying the landscape. The decoration is modern and functional, with an integrated space that combines living-dining room, open-plan kitchen and two bright bedrooms with double beds. It has air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, two Smart TV televisions and WIFI internet connection so that you lack nothing.
