The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with artificial grass to relax on one of the sun loungers whilst enjoying the scenery. To the side of the villa, by the entrance, there is a covered terrace with a dining facilities for outside dining. A built-in BBQ is provided.
Located in the popular area of Valtocado / Rosa de Piedras, on the outskirts of Mijas, the villa is within easy reach of the facilities of both Mijas, 10 minutes' drive away and Fuengirola around 20 minutes' away by car. This villa is located on a hillside and access is via a winding track and a rather narrow approach (people carriers or mini-buses are not recommended to access the villa).
