A family villa on a quiet street in the green area of Calahonda. The villa is decorated with lots of care and has been only recently (partially) renovated. Enjoy a relaxing holidays in the private garden with pool while being close to amenities in the same time.
The house has two levels; on the ground floor you will find one bedroom with en suite bathroom with two double beds, the large open plan living/dining area with chimney and the modern kitchen. The garden and main terrace are also located on this level. On the first floor there are two bedrooms both en suite and both with double beds. On this level there is a very pleasant lounge terrace facing southwards.
There is wifi available for free and linen and towels are included. Please note that the villa has steps leading down from the street/parking area. The kitchen is fully equipped to high standards.
