The king-size master bedroom includes a full bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower, while the twin room offers a walk-in shower—ideal for families or friends travelling together. ACCESS & PARKING
Guests have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. The villa is set on one level, but please note there are steps down from the parking area to the entrance. There is space for two vehicles on-site.

Some of our properties have key boxes, which could be used if a personal check-in is not required but generally we prefer to welcome guests on arrival.

4. Legal Matters:
• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.

• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,

• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are explained in our booking terms and conditions.
