The Space
The apartment is located right on the beach in the village of Montgat, and within the so-called Fishermen's Quarter (Old Town). It has spectacular and unique views of both the beach and the city of Barcelona, ​​which is very close (20 minutes by train and 10 minutes by car). It's an apartment with plenty of natural light, which enters through the two large windows in the spacious dining room, overlooking the sea. On the top floor of the apartment, there is a spectacular 18m2 terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, worth seeing both in summer and winter.

The beach is accessed by a staircase just outside the building, next to the church. In Montgat, there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, a tobacco shop, a bookstore, and more.
